ICC T20 World Cup 2010 Schedule

The ICC World Twenty20 2010 is going be host by West Indies. The tournament to be played in 20-20 overs is schedule to begin from April 30 and it runs till May 16 for about 19 days.

The ICC World Twenty20 2010 is a 20 – 20 cricket tournament scheduled to take place in West Indies in April-May 2010. It is the third World Twenty20 cricket series. The ICC World Twenty20 2010 will be contested by 12 teams which have been ’seeded’ and divided into four groups are A, B, C and D.
The three countries in West Indies will be hosting the competition on 2010. Guyana, St. Lucia and Barbados will be hosting all the total of 27 matches. Still two more teams are undecided for the tournament and this time Zimbabwe will also have their comeback since they were not playing in England on 2009.

Group A – Pakistan (A1), Bangladesh (A2) and Australia
Group B – Sri Lanka (B1), New Zealand (B2) and Zimbabwe
Group C – South Africa (C1), India (C2) and Qualifier 1
Group D – West Indies (D1), England (D2) and Qualifier 2

IPL – Indian Premier League SCHEDULE & FIXTURES 2010

IPL 2010 Schedule was announced long back by our Lalit Modi . So many changes have been done to the fixtures already. Shiv Sena threat for IPL is not much . Sharad pawar met Shivsena chief and all issues has been sorted out. So this year is going to be smooth. IPL begins on 12 March 2010 and ends on 25 April 10.

The first edition of IPL was scheduled between April 18 and 1st June, whereas the second edition was schedules between 10th April and 24th May. The final of the first edition was held on 1 July 2008 and that of the second edition was held on 24th May 2009. IPL 2010 will start on 12 March 2010 and ends on 25 April 2010 and maybe next year there can be two IPL seasons, one in India and other in a foreign country. It is expected that may be two more teams will be joining this exciting tournament next year. This will directly result in increased number of matches and entertainment for the viewers. This post will be updated as soon as the schedule of IPL 2010 is announced.

A 16-member Indian squad has been selected for the upcoming Bangladesh Tri-series which start 4th January. The series features 7-ODI match between India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Sachin Tendulkar has been rested and will not feature in the series. Along with regular players, Sudeep Tyagi, Dinesh Karthik, Sreesanth, Ashok Dinda and Amit Mishra has been selected. Rohit Sharma has been called back into the team.
